- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Please reconsider doing any business with this agent due to the fact that Joyce one of the sales agents in the office has an extreme issue with customer service. I have never experienced someone with such poor customer service skills. She called my home with nothing but attitude, and asked to speak with my boyfriend. I refused to allow her to speak with my boyfriend, and called Corporate, Joyce at Julie Coy's office is more than enough reason, not to do any business with this Agent's office.
